    The location was great and the room was extremely clean
    We assumed the spa would be included in the booking, but we were informed it was extra. We tried to book but received no reply, then asked reception to be told it is fully booked. The room was right over a very loud bar, and the WiFi was extremely poor in our room.

    Ok - just improve the coffee!
    We had to ask for someone to reboot the TV which still wasnt satisfactory. Also there was no fresh coffee it was only out of a machine & was frankly disgusting!!

    Excellent location, great room size and space, very clean, friendly staff.
    The heating system of the rooms was not very efficient, I felt a bit cold while in the room.

    Good hotel, good location - however very expensive. The hotel room cost over one hundred pounds, but still had to pay additional fee for use of pool & steam room. Hours massage cost 110. Nice, but overall poor value for money.
