One of the best, cleanest, and friendliest places we have stayed. Clean and close to attractions

The location was near everything we wanted and needed! Close to the water, restaurants, bars, boating, and shops! Within walking distance to everything we wanted to do! The place was perfect. Very comfortable King-sized bed. Nice kitchen. Very clean. Pool was well maintained as well as the hot tub. The manager was friendly and very helpful. Other guests were pleasant and friendly. The host kept in touch, and was very responsive. Overall, a wonderful place to stay! We would DEFINITELY stay again !!!

Nothing was wrong with this place. We LOVED it!

Everything was great!

Everything was great. Ed was great. Location was even better than I could have imagined. Nice view. Bed was comfy. Nice coffee maker. Good TV.

Pool was too warm. But in that heat, who knows? My only minor complaint about the unit is the water saver shower head. I do not like those. Maybe you are required to have them in SW Florida, I don't know.

Worst experience ever!!!

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. We even had a 10 year old birthday party there several years ago. too bad after this trip Ill never be back!

I have never had an experience like I had the weekend I stayed here! Horrible!! I will never be back! Apparently the unit I rented is owned by an individual & not by the hotel. Ed, the owner, called & harassed me during my whole trip! It was like he was watching me enter & exit the property. He would call as soon as I returned & constantly questioned me about who was in my group. Be prepared if you rent his unit, you arent allowed to have any guests or hell be calling asking you questions! He lied to booking an complained I had multiple kids in the pool & I only had a minor, age of 14, visit for a few hours. Most of that time we were at the beach. Which I got a call from Ed while I was there with more questions.. I literally had to say Im getting off the phone now to enjoy my time here!! He also lied to booking and said I left the premises without paying. When in reality I went to dinner. My room was already paid for. He called me as soon as I entered the property that eve telling me I had to pay a $200 deposit immediately, this was the night before I checked out!! I spoke to the front desk several times during my stay & not once did they ask for a deposit, or I would have paid it! Take my advice & dont rent Eds unit 210 In my 42 years of vacationing it was the worst experience Ive ever had!!
