Hotel was nice and staff were lovely.
Only 2 pools were open, one main one was shut, really disappointed, lifts were bad whilst pregnant to get round hotel, stairs quite the hike,
Location is not good to far away from any main strips or facilities. I am unhappy an extra 100 pound on top of my original room price was charged and not returned when leaving. Room was ment to have a dining areas and seating area and was not the room I had booked.

We contacted the hotel via the app three times to arrange an early check in. Nobody bothered to answer us. When we arrived at the hotel staff explained that they would try and get us an early check in. In the meantime they said we could change our clothes and leave our luggage with them. They showed us to a changing room which was a disabled toilet that had been recently mopped. The floor was soaking wet and the only place to leave clothes was on the toilet or wash hand basin. We ended up checking in 30 mins later than scheduled because the room wasn't ready. The extractor fan in the toilet barely worked, no lock on the toilet door, no soap to wash hands, the toilet was basically a cupboard. We had to ask for clean towels. There was no complimentary water left every day. The people in the room next door played rap loudly all day and woke us up at 4 am by coming in drunk. Reception staff sold us half board. This was an extra 400 euro. However the buffet dinner was appalling, the meat was like shoe leather and tasteless. We had the pleasure of watching drunks swaying in the pool holding pints of beer. Quite frankly I can't understand how this hotel got 5 stars. I would never go to a hard rock hotel again.

Staff were all so friendly, food and drink were excellent, we went all inclusive and worth every penny.
Pools were a bit cold and was hard to get your head around the all inclusive as you could only eat in certain places at certain times with your all inclusive, it never made any sense, however was fine after a day or 2.

We have stayed at different Hard Rock hotels in the past. This experience has put us off using Hard Rock for any future
Clean and well laid out. Helpful staff.
The hotel was not close to Adeje itself. Nothing within walking distance.
We went all-inclusive- strongly advise not to, you are treated by some members of staff as second class, and it is not all-inclusive, and lots of restrictions are imposed on where you can eat and drink and at what times.
The entertainment was very good for young families, but not for older children or adults without children.

Overall its excellent and we would definitely stay again.
The facilities, staff, food, rooms all excellent.
I would prefer it if it were closer to other beaches. The USB plugs in our room didnt work and even after I reported it they werent fixed. Drinks are overpriced even for a 5 star hotel. We used the courtesy room before we departed and it wasnt cleaned with a dirty pair of pants left in there.
