Was a nice hotel, good comfortable room setup. Its away from the traffic jams but do take note of noise from the roadsid

Neat & tidy. Parking in basement RM1 per hour.

Sink & shower drainage clogged. But repairman came by as soon as we complained.

Enjoyable

The room was clean, loving the hotel vibe, friendly counter staffs and Im so happy that the hotel adjusted their check in time to accomodate my early request. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Strategic location, clean and spacious. A lot of shops at the same building

Noisy because they were construction in the building and drilling sound as early as 9am. Smelly and not clean due to construction at the lift area.

Room facilities are comfortable and bright

It was difficult to sleep at night and I had a headache from the noise. Even though the staff warned me that it would be noisy, I didn't expect it to be so noisy. Its noisy even with earplugs. The location is very close to the hospital and restaurants. But it was very bad at night. It was very noisy and affected my sleep.

Very clean, super nice staff, great location. Great location - close to a lot of stuff.

Other reviews mentioned the noise from the music but it didnt bother me but Im a heavy sleeper.

Cozy, aesthetic, good location

Bed is so comfortable. Clean and cozy. Although i know might be noise during midnight due to club nearby, but i still can sleep well. Will repeat to stay here in future. Staff also friendly and give clear instruction to me. Good job.
