room service good, rooms made up daily

the only patio furniture was a chair with a hole in it so couldnt use it ! was charged extra on arrival, so like extra 30 !! no tea or coffee making facilities even though advertised !! so refund please !!

Very very noisy could not sleep day or night message hotel with no help at all worse hotel i have stayed i have been to many hotels in central pattaya but very unhelpful i paid 2000 bhatt more for view of a wall disgusting management

I should have extended my stay in an apartment on LK Metro!

The location of this hotel is excellent for those who like to party.

Cleanliness of the apartment was below what I expected - in comparison with other (..often cheaper) apartments I have also stayed in on LK Metro. The restaurant lost my custom. I didn't try the breakfast, or any other meal because I'm vegetarian, and the menu is clearly for carnivores only.

The location is amazing. But the hotel room was quite outdated. But it's reasonable of the price. It was ok overall.

The washroom shower was very slow.
