    The sound insulation is not good, the sound of trams and cars is very annoying. There are basics such as pillows, slippers, and basic things that were not present in the room, but were provided upon request

    The location is perfect, walking distance to the center, metro, tram or train station. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good value for the money. We truly enjoy our stay. Definately would stay again.

    Very noisy outside. Until 3am a bar beside the bldg is still alive and people outside are very noisy. Also the ambulance here and there.

    Nice location but could be better
    Location is very good, close to several stations. Bed is comfortable. Room is warm in winter.
    The layout of the room is awkward, with no place for us to hang our towel or clothes when showering. This is definitely not a room to be shared with friends. Also, they say we can have breakfast at the property but they dont have a buffet at the hotel, we need to order our choice of breakfast (there were 2), so its like going to a cafe. Our experience with 4 star hotels has varied significantly over the years, and I think that this hotel is at the lower end of 4 star hotels.

    The temperature control in the room cannot be regulated have to sleep with the windows open to lower the temperature. There is neither a cupboard nor a proper chair in the room.
