    Very central place with all the comfort you need :)
    Huge room and well equipped kitchen. Cosy beds, great location for the city! Staff came out quickly to help us check the heating (toasty warm!) and were really friendly :)
    It is a bit noisy on party evenings but I always have earplugs so not a bother. The location is worth it :)

    if you value a peaceful sleep, dont bother. especially friday to sunday
    located in the center and easy check in
    we made the mistake of not reading all the reviews (booking.com and google) before booking the room. if you are staying here on the weekends, buy a high quality ear plugs (we got one before checking in). - club / shisha bar underneath. blasting music from 9pm to 5:30am (no room insulations) and door slamming - cleaning truck from 6am onwards - on sunday noise was more limited between 9pm to 12am - we had a pirate staying above our room. constant slamming and loud footsteps throughout the night - barely any hot water

    The bed was very very cozy and super comfy and the whole room with kitchen and bathroom was very clean and cute decorated! You feel right at home in there. The location is fantastic right in the city center.
    We stayed there on a Friday night and there are lots of clubs around it was super loud and noisy that we couldnt sleep very well unfortunately drunk people were screaming and yelling and cars were honking and in the morning around 6am the cleaning Maschine cleaned the streets and that was also very loud :/

    The perfect place!
    The property was spacious and in a perfect location, right in the heart of the city centre. It was also super clean and had a dining table, kitchen and large bathroom so was the perfect size for our group of 3. The hosts were also very helpful and were quick to reply. They also allowed us to drop our luggage off several hours before check in which we really appreciated.

    Nice room, reasonably good value but doesn't feel particularly safe
    The room was spacious with good kitchen facilities and wifi.
    The description of the apartment warns about the steep stairs to the accommodation and also that the location is in the heart of the clubbing district. You should take this very seriously. When I left for the airport at 5am there were still drunk people on the doorstep and fights going on outside. I was prepared for the noise, which was OK, but my main criticism is that the accommodation doesn't feel particularly safe - there are no staff on the premises, the front door is directly on a busy square and although the keyless entry is convenient, there is no way of locking your door from the inside. I definitely wouldn't recommend this accommodation to single female travellers.

    Central location and cooking facilities.
    Since the bedroom faced the main square and there is a pub downstairs, loud noise can be heard from the street until 4:30AM and at 6:00AM the cleaning car is already brushing the street and grabbing garbage.

    Fantastic location and beautiful, spacious room with a fully stocked kitchen and massive TV!
    Large, spacious room with a massive TV (access to Netflix and other various TV channels). Access to rooftop in the center of Reykjavik was very cool and the hotel itself was situated in a very convenient spot in the town. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed.
    Stairs made it a bit cumbersome to bring luggage up and down (no elevator).
