The price was right for a no-frills 12-hr layover, with great proximity to airport and also to roadways to go into Manil

The price was right for a short layover and very clean. Also location great for getting Grab quickly

Do not waste your money on this place.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Did not answer emails or facebook messages to confirm some things and ask some questions with my reservation. There was no microwave in the Junior Suite. No TV in suite area until i made a stink. Also had to call to have them repair a running toilet, safe not locking,shower hose with leak, linen changed due to waking up with insect bites. Additionally, couch was crooked and so worn that sitting on metal bar from frame of couch, blood on light switch, and gym (if you could call it that with the lack of equipment) was under repair so had to find and pay for local gym. Last the free wi fi didnt work.

The room was very large

Spa and gym were both closed - this was not indicated at the time of Booking Every day I had to request something from housekeeping eg towels or toilet paper or toiletries or tissues or complimentary water etc etc, it was exhausting The toilet bowl was badly cracked plus the shower leaked into the bathroom
