Great location right in the city

Standards have gone down as I have booked this property previously before. Not very clean, the bathroom had smell from the drainage, this made the whole room smell. No extra tissue was left in the bathroom .there was 1/3 of a full sized tissue left in the bathroom. Contacted the office to complain , they did not respond . Wont be staying here again.

Ive stayed 3 times and each time the apartments have been beautiful and clean. The beds are so comfortable! Perfect distance from the city centre.

Great location and well kept room - everything felt very tidy and clean.

The room itself was a little difficult to find and was right by the main door so felt a little exposed/disturbed at times. The key code works well but it would be nice to have a chain or something on the inside to make it feel safer.

The customer service was really good. I stayed over Christmas and even on Christmas Eve I got an immediate response with a positive outcome.

I originally booked the Jaquard room but the bathroom was mouldy and the damp smell was awful. I was immediately moved to a new room of which the name escapes me. This room had no damp issues so I was happy to accept but the cleaning wasnt to a great standard. The carpet was filthy, velvet furniture had questionable marks all over and the bathroom was in desperate need of a deep clean and regrouting. My stay was only for 2 nights and I was out majority of the time so it wasnt a huge issue but for anyone who is booking an apartment to relax and enjoy Id probably avoid.

Very comfortable large bed and enough space for 2 people staying 3 nights. Great location which is quiet considering the City Centre location. Competitive rate which was great value for money considering the quality of the studio unit, it's furnishings and the comfy bed.

No mirror on the dressing table so not great for getting ready. Very little coffee provided for a 3 night stay. NCP parking very expensive at 17.00 for 24 hours with no alternatives available. Would only recommend staying here if using public transport.

love the room and the area is amazing would 100% stay again. Little bit loud at night as your right next to piano and pitcher but i still slept through! Brilliant location and really clean perfect amount of resteraunts and bars very very close by

The location is perfect, so close to everything, but yet really quiet and private. The room was clean, and the bed was really comfy. We were pleased with the facilities in the room and the TV system etc. Check in process was really smooth. We would definitely return.
