Location was quite. Rustic look. Drinkable water always available

Staff did not speak english so poor communication. Shower did not always work properly. Breakfast offer was poor. Pool not usable during our stay.

The room is clean and spacious.

The location is a bit far from the city center, so it might be better if you rent a motorcycle.

Exceptional

It was a beautiful place .I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the gardens.I had my on little appartment and the court yard was lovely with a small fish pond and resident frogs. The owner helped me with some shopping as the local 7/11 shop did not have much variety or fresh food. I had a very enjoyable stay and was sad when i had to leave Thank you !

I expected more of this stay

I traveled with 3 dogs. Outside the property it was impossible to walk my dogs due to traffic and soi dogs leaving me just the small garden which was fine wasn't it for the big bull breed walking loose on the property, my dogs didn't want to go out as they were fearful of this dog (which was not agressive at all, just one of my dogs had been attacked in the past and gets scared when other dogs approach off lead). Had to cut my stay short by 2 nights (no refund but I didn't expect that as this was my choice) to find other more suitable accomodation. Also no cleaning wa done in the 4 days that I stayed here.

Dog on the property restrained, cleaning done at least once during my stay would have been good. There were several water leaks inside after rain, one directly over my suitcase resulting in wet clothes. Also the rooms and kitchen were not very clean

Great space, with kitchen, a 20 minute drive from the centre

Great living space with sofa, fully fitted little kitchen and separate bedroom - great with dogs, and if wanting to spend some downtime in your hotel. Only downside is distance from the centre - a 20 minute drive or so to central Chiang Mai, Tha Phae gate area - and if you're with dogs, the swarm of chickens ambling around the garden, but there's a quiet soi you can walk down for a 20 minute loop.

The housekeeper is nice but cannot speak a word of English though. You can use google translate then its fine. This is a guesthouse that you dont expect any room service unless you proactively ask for cleaning and etc. I like the place a lot because its very cute and healing and Green. Its very remote so its perfect for someone who is just aiming to stay a nice place without travelling to city nor much social life. Some of the facilities and utilities are old and not replaced / replenished when I checked in but was quickly fixed. Just prepare yourself for a non hotel service and experience then you will love this place. No where else you can find such price with the space you get !
