    Location quite good. Room very comfortable.
    After checking out room there was nowhere later on to freshen up before we left for the airport only the ladies toilet which wasnt exactly appropriate.

    My stay at HF Fenix Urban
    All the experience was good. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a very good selection and the food was always fresh. The staff are exceptional, always ready to help. Thanks for making our stay one to remember.
    The only thing that was not working well was the tap of the wash hand basin in the bathroom. It was jammed and it took strength to open it.
