    Amazing location and great comfort.
    Location, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff.
    The floors are a bit squeaky and you can hear some noises from the hall but it was not a big deal and it didnt bother us.

    The hotel was excellent with very helpful staff. The location was great as it was in the centre near the night bazaar which is excellent
    Pool was more for decoration than to be used as it's in the centre of the hotel next to reception

    We very much enjoyed our few days in Chiangmai Rai and the staff at the Hi Chiang Rai hotel.
    The hotel is very centrally located to where we wanted to be.
    The pool was very accessible.
