    Lovely quiet location.
    The room was fine except for storage space, should be much more for holidays. The breakfast was great. Would be nice if a dressing gown and slippers were added.
    Lack of storage space for clothes. TV channel s were limited and needed satalite channels.

    Terrible Location- Not advertised as a business hotel. Went to the pool but it was CLOSED for the season. Since it was almost 80 degrees in the day we wanted to sit outside to get some sun, there were NO chairs and the hotel would not set us up. When it got cooler in the evening, I tried putting on the heat, but the hotel said it was the wrong season for the heat.

    Overall a good stay, but the location wasn't great for us as it was mostly residential
    The breakfast buffet was excellent, plenty of variety and the food was fresh and very tasty Our room was spacious and very clean. Good views from the top floor. It was a shame that the pool area wasn't open as it was lovely and warm and would have been nice to sit around the pool reading
    The pool was closed which was a shame. The hotel is a bit isolated, It's in a mainly residential area with no real facilities nearby. We had to wait an extra two days for our flight home because our flight was cancelled so it got a bit boring hanging around the hotel with nowhere to go.

    A very enjoyable stay at Hi Hotel Bari. It was a good base for us to visit the Puglia area
    The staff were excellent. In the restaurant Marco, Jan Luca, Christina & Anna Silva were excellent. Great service and always keen to help and engage with us. The front desk staff were also excellent especially Antonnella who helped answer and explain some question. An exceptional clean ( house keeping do a great job) and well organised hotel. We felt very valued as guests.
    Only one thing. Guests need to understand that the catch of the day ( which was very good & well presented) is priced per kilo and not as euros on the menu. Otherwise no issue at all.

    Wellness centre was run down - to the point that the Turkish Bath actually gave us burns from the water. Room was made to be very stuffy with an uncontrollable AC that didn't go above very low temperatures, meaning as only a sheet was supplied and no duvet you spent the night shivering in bed- or turning the AC off which then made the room so stuffy you could not fall asleep. This hotel was not 4*s. I expected a lot better, and very poor value for money.
