Very good

Good location for exploring Jurassic Coast.

Quirkiness, outside seating, spacious.

Pots and pans needed good clean before using. Frying pan needs replacing. Juliet balcony French window difficult to open. No recycling facility. Parking difficult at times. Bedrooms need curtains.

Had a really lovely relaxing stay

The property was beautiful, the windows amazing. Comfortable and clean also very quiet

Window covering for downstairs windows as there are a lot of dog walkers that pass by so not a lot of privacy

Great house in fab location

Lovely building, windows are lovely. Modern and clean (apart from cobwebs)great location and quiet.

parking was an issue. couldnt go out on Tuesday as my car blocked in and even though knocked on doors, couldnt get car owners to move. Dishwasher would be useful plus a screen to put over lounge windows. People in churchyard can look straight in.

The place is very tidy, kitchen tap needed to be repaired parking was a bit of an issue.

No breakfast and the location was a little congested.

Parking or info about public transport, the kitchen tap was very loose and we had constant problems with cats so we couldn't leave the patio doors open also the second bedroom window didn't shut properly.

Great place to stay, quiet location with only a 15 minute walk into town.

An interesting 2 bedroom house with everything a family needs. The property appears to have been built ca. 5 years ago with a mixture of modern and integrated histoical features, there is only on street parking but this was never an issue for us, always found a space nearby.

With no blinds or curtains on windows in the downstars living area, it would not suit us for a stay during the winter months. All furnishings to a very good standard, with the exception of what appears to be an old sofa which was quite uncomfortable

Lovely & would recommend to others.

Great little place - quirky converted chapel. 2 generous double bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen/diner. Comfortable lounge area. Downstairs toilet & utility room. Outside patio area. 15 minute walk into town via marina & 5 more minutes to beach. No allocated parking but we were able to park directly outside property for duration of stay.

Could have been a bit cleaner - cobwebs with residents in lots of corners! Drainage very slow from bath & sink upstairs - needs regular drain cleaner. Upstairs landing window needs blinds or curtain Seems a bit harsh, but would make this a 5 star property.
