Very poor

Not value for money, but great view to the property.

Staff was very kind and always smiling.

Rooms given to us were a lodge type room that you might get at a bus station in a tier 4 town that you would not pay more than 1500/ day for and I was charged 10000 per night for it. Finally after I confronted the manager, I was able to change to a better room but at a cost. Please do you due diligence before going here.. only book cottages with this property and that too in the ground floor.

The worst place to stay in madikkeri

The property didn't meet the expectations.....they charged around 7k per day..... actual worth was not even 1k.....and the room view was a wall.....the picture provided are very misleading........

The price could have been 1k instead of 10k for your room view....and services
