    How you had to go to the 8th floor to check in and the 55 dollar parking I think parking should be free.

    Would like to go back again.
    The hotel room is large and clean. Hotel location is safe and nice. Can just walk to Geogretown. Breakfast is OK. Evening snack is good for small child only.
    A bit far from Metro and big supermarket.

    Overall an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
    Large spacious suite and very comfortable and large bed. Large public lounge areas.
    Breakfast was a bit of a shambles possibly due to lack of sufficient staff. However the staff preparing the freshly made eggs/omelettes to order did an excellent job. Poor quality of bread and jam (jelly). No cheese on offer. Fresh fruit salad kept running out. Generally felt a bit disorganised. Our room on the 9th Floor was only serviced once in five days which is not satisfactory for a four star hotel. Again possibly due to lack of sufficient staff.

    Cleanliness and spaciousness of unit. Shower was better than most in that hot water came on right away and shower dried out quickly. Very quiet room at end of hallway.

    Excellent accomodation for a week in DC.
    Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional and helped with useful information about the area. We stayed for a week and loved coming home to the Hilton Club each evening after a busy day exploring DC. We were made to feel very welcome by the lovely breakfast each morning and the happy hour drinks, which were a very appreciated bonus. We walked to quite a few attractions but also found it easy to get around using taxis and trains. The large and relaxing ground floor lobby/ bar/ restaurant area meant we were able to chat with many other travellers each evening.
