Very good

Nice property, a little dated but overall good.

Close to downtown very clean

No ice machines had to go get ice from front desk. Had to request toilet paper as there was none in the bathroom after we checked in.

nice comfy beds & historical element

Poor staff follow up on several issues, and including to this moment where management promised to send me my hiltons honors details & points added for some mistakes, and despite asking and mailing multiple times i heard nothing, my contact on booking.com has been ignored. Also had to ask several times for cleaning & other issues. Maybe understaffed, i dont know, but i m still waiting for that email.

Disappointing

This hotel will not be our first choice next time we travel to Fort Worth.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel lobby was very nice. The staff in the restaurant were wonderful! Valet personnel were friendly. The hotel location was the reason for choosing to stay there.

We arrived at 4:15 for check in and there was an issue with the rooms being ready. We waited at least 30 minutes to check in which threw off our whole evening. We had dinner reservations for 5:15 which left a very short time to get ready and we missed a meeting with friends at 4:45. Also, the room decor was too dark and dated.

Exceptional

Beautiful historic hotel with comfortable, clean rooms.

Gorgeous historic hotel. The rooms are very large and grand. Bed was so comfortable and luxurious. View of downtown is nice. Highly recommend.

Valet parking is always a pain and takes a while. Also additional expense. Hotel costs a lot more that others. Breakfast is very expensive, but fortunately authentic Mexican breakfast is available not too far away.
