Superb

The room has been completely renovated with modern and fancy decor. All amenities are available and the mattress and pillows are extremely comfortable.

The hotel is located too far from the city, and without a car, transportation may be difficult.

It looked like a construction site next to the parking space. It seems that the renovation of the wall (just in front of our room) has not been completed and it has come off. In the fridge there were only 2 bottles of water. There was no kettle (no teas and coffee). In the bathroom there was no cups for brushing teeth. The bed sheet was too small for the mattress size , it wasn't even covered properly. Unfortunately there was nothing i was expecting for 4stars hotel.

Good

helpful staff, decent room interior

no warning while booking that construction works have been ongoing in the hotel, literally a single cork-screw per the entire big hotel (and this is in Italy ..), very poor soundproof between the rooms, a normal level talking or TV is audible in another room
