All the staff was very friendly and helpful

I had $100 held in the beginning of the room and is to be returned at the closing of the room and it's been 6 days and I have not received my $100 return fee that has disappointed me

Great place for a weekend getaway.

Very clean and the staff was excellent.

Space of the suite was nice.

Unable to reach the front desk/customer service from time to time. There was too much noise from the suite above our suite. No cooking pans for using the oven. For a four star facility, bath robes were not available.
