Pay more and get less. Not worth it.

The location was great and sonwas the staff.

The beds and pillows were horribly uncomfortable. The pillows were completely flat. The bed was so hard I could feel the coils in it. When I booked the stay and called Hilton I was told the downstairs restaurant would be open. Well, on our second day there I was told that the restaurant wouldn't be open due to no having enough guest. Honestly the only reason I booked this location was for the restaurant. Says wifi included, but you really have to pay for it. The cheaper ones include wifi and a breakfast. This one makes you pay for everything and the only good thing really was the staff. Will not be coming back here again.

Good, but not worth staying here again.

The bathroom was great. I loved the shower with the different setting and the fact that the phone actually worked and allowed me to call room service.

The pillows and the bed were horrible. The pillows were flat no matter how much I fluffed them up. The bed felt hard and uneven. It was just really a very hard sleep. Also I was told that the wifi was included. But when I got there it said only limited wifi was included and that I would have to pay for the full wifi per night if I wanted to use it. There were cheaper rooms available that offered full wifi service that would have allowed me to get mybwork done, but because of this it cost me a days work. Also I was told that the restaurant would be open. That was not the case. The lady at the front desk said that they did not have enough people staying for the restaurant and that other was going to be closed until after the new year. The only reason I even decided to stay here was because of the restaurant being open for Christmas dinner. After finding this out I had to come out of more money that I really did not plan to. For these reasons I will not be staying here again.

Disappointing

Location

We stayed here a year ago and it was awesome. Same weekend last year. This visit upon entering didn't seem the same or smell good. Entering the room, there was a tooth cleaner on the floor. The room didn't smell good. The shower seemed not to have been cleaned with a good scrubbing in a while. Same with the sheets. It seemed the room was dusty in air and curtains because my allergies started up. So no, it wasn't what I had remembered.

Location was fine for what we needed

We were told that we couldnt eat in the lounge area even though kitchen was closed. We were a family of 4 and not enough room in bedroom to eat. We had to get takeout as kitchen closed and restaurant we went to was only doing take out as they were closing soon. We had to eat outside where they still didnt want us to eat. Not sure why they were so adamant when they could not serve us food. Shower door wouldnt close also

Comfortable and Convenient:)

The room was very comfortable and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location is also very close to downtown!

There are no microwaves in the rooms, and breakfast is not complimentary. The walls also seemed to be very thin, you could hear peoples cell phones, music, and conversations through the walls.

Staff wasn't friendly. Waited 30 minutes to check in more staff needed. Hotel room didnt have enough towels or soap and bed was hard as a rock. Woke up hurting all over. Overall hotel didnt live up to the Hilton name
