    Excellent breakfast and dinner, room, staff, spa area and good location if with a car.
    Excellent breakfast with a big choice of meals; excellent dinner and amiable staff in the restaurant; relaxing spa with two indoor hot tubs, one pool, steam cabin, sauna, and outdoor hot bath; Excellent quiet room on 8 floor with a good wide TV with installed Youtube, which can be used directly from the TV. It is a good location if You are travelling with a car.
    Unfortunately, we could not order lunch through booking.com (e.g. to have the full board (FB) in the hotel).

    The staff member who checked us in and out could have been a bit more joyful and welcoming and the only thing he said when we left was okay thank you. I worked at hotels and we are trained to be warm and welcoming and be social so the staff standard at Hilton wasnt very nice.

    The staff was exceptional. Hannah and Sigurgeir were particularly great, very informative and helpful - they provided excellent customer service. Every staff member we spoke with or asked anything of went above and beyond. We decided to pay extra (room rate) to include breakfast - breakfast was worth every penny. We also had access to the executive lounge - highly recommend! I was very impressed with this stay. I would book again! We rented a car and the location of the hotel was perfect as a home base location. And a cool small thing: the hotel has USB ports so you don't necessarily have to bring a country specific plug to charge electronics. Can't say enough about how impressed we were with our stay at Hilton Reykjavik Nordica - it really made our first trip to Iceland that much better! :)

    24 hour room service would have been nice. They do provide cold snacks/sandwiches in the lobby 24/7. And the times were returned after midnight (after light hunting) Hannah helped us to order pizza which was delivered to the hotel. So, it wasn't awful that room service wasn't provided 24/7, it just would have been a bonus.

    Acceptable. Enjoyed the breakfast and the facilities, location, free parking, big TV screen.
    They put me in room 319 right above the disco and on Friday night it was impossible to sleep because of the noice. I had to sleep since I was giving presentation at a large conference on Saturday and Sunday and needed to be able to sleep. I contacted the front desk and after a while they gave me another room, 701, and promised me that it would be a larger room as a compensation. The woman at the front desk apologized for my problems and wished me a good night. Well, the room was identical to 319 - certainly not larger or an upgrade, and it was next to an elevator and had a very loud ventilation gadget in the very cramped bathroom. Having packed up everything from my previous room, I was too tired to complain about the size of the room or the vent noice or the location, so I unpacked and hit the bed. The time was not around 11.45 pm and I had to sleep to be ready for the conference meetings the next day. I was disappointed for not getting any compensation at all, but did not have the strength to complain, poach my things again and move a third time.
