Great stay for events at Raymond James Stadium

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to get up. Lol. We also decided to book a second night.

We didn't like that we had to pay to park. For the amount paid for the room as well as dining it really, in my opinion, should be included.

You tried to charge me for the prepaid breakfast and you charged a higher price. My rate is $204.30. Either issue a refund immediately or I will contact the credit card company.

This hotel was very conveniently located.

Ambiance, the bar area was a nice touch. There was a church service on Sunday with friendly, pleasant word. The front desk personnel later encountered were helpful, friendly very personable.

Parking fee? First desk personnel was rigid, unfriendly.

Stayed was comfortable, clean and nice.

The breakfast was great. The place was very nice. Very clean and liked the dcor. The staff that we dealt with were friendly.

We were told breakfast was included, then were told it wasn't. The we were told we were going to get $15 credit and then were told we didn't qualify. We didn't like the back and forth.
