Value for Money

Good staff, location, bigger and nice rooms. The location of the hotel is perfect. Walikg disatnace to Thamel and Tourist bus stop. Mr. Sarjo was very cooperative. He gave very good guidance and was extremely supportive. Our kathmandu trip was perfect and a lot of cresit goes to him also.

Restaurant staff's response was not up to the mark.

Very good hotel, in a a good location but not really a SPA hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are large and in a good state.

The SPA is in a separate building (adjacent) and you have to pay extra to use any of the facilities.

Okay but not value for money.

The hotel staff are polite and friendly. The breakfast is good. Food is good.

The staff in the morning is a little careless. I gave them brown bread to toast but they gave me back white bread and the waiter said brown bread is finished. They need to put a basic toaster which doesn't cost much to toast the bread. Overall the quality of breakfast is okay okay. The air conditioner was not giving hot air for the first two nights. The location is a bit awkward as you need to walk in small road.
