    Awesome!!
    We love the space among the bedrooms, the chilled out yet very supportive vibe from the owner and how flexible and kind they are. The location is amazing and having the Thapae East (live music bar)/pizza bistro/coffee shops/boutique shopping SO close is really such a bonus. Beautiful place - si much charm, warmth and Chiang Mai hospitality. We always return here

    We only stayed one night, but it was great. It was difficult to find, so by the time we found it everyone was too tired to do anything. We appreciated the water and snacks. The live music from downstairs was loud, but we didn't mind it. It's close to the shopping and markets.
    We didn't see a washer and dryer, which is why we rented the whole place. My sister mentioned spiders and lots of cobwebs. Cameras in common areas.

    Perfect for large group of Friends
    Very convenience to travel around the area but the parking space is a bit of walking distance (300 meter). Very nice for large group of friends. Food and night market are just around the corner.
    The wooden floor is a little noisy when walking around. parking space is a bit of walking distance (300 meter).
