Location is great. Plus point is they provide not only hair dryer but also hair curler and also the foot massage machine. Very helpful staff who assisted with my luggage transfer from Osaka to Tokyo.

This hotel is in an excellent location, close to train stations and other establishments. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. A plus for the foot massager which really helps after a long walk throughout the day. Overall, it is a great place to stay.

We have an enjoyable 12 days holiday in Osaka.
We like the location, easy to travel from the airport, just buy the Rapid train ticket from airport to hotel. We arrived Osaka late and leave Osaka early in the morning, so this hotel was convenient for us. Many shopping centres & shopping streets around this hotel. The room is good for twin sharing with a separate toilet and bathroom. The hotel provides Pola cleansing wash, liquid cleansing, moisture liquid, body lotion, bath wash, shampoo and conditional. I didn't eat their breakfast because the area has so many cafe and MacDonald.
We bought 7 days JR pass, we had to walk about 20mins to JR Namba. They are many subway stations along the way, so can be quite confusing. Most importantly, ask the station master if you are in doubt.

Fantastic and convenient stay in Osaka!
Breakfast was amazing. We were able to check in early. Our rooms were so close to each other. Fantastic service! Friendly staff! Foot massager and pajamas in the bedroom were amazing!!!
Elevator was a little small but it was manageable.
