    Love the garden and all the antique furniture and sculptures
    No drinking water in the bedrooms. Water is the taps tastes like mud We had to walk to a shop to get bottled water

    We really had an excellent stay and will be back.
    Beautiful gardens, lovely staff and delicious omelette for breakfast. We had a good stay and would definitely go back again. We loved the Lord of the Rings theme.
    The bed in our room concaved in the middle which meant that we unfortunately didnt get a good nights sleep despite the beautiful room.

    Great location and full of charm and great service.
    Great service and comfortable rooms. We stayed in rooms in the courtyard which were a great location with a fabulous veranda to lounge around on. But previously we have stayed in rooms inside the main building which we felt had a lot more character and charm.
    Our room was a bit dark as it had windows opening onto the boundary wall and you could hear the gate buzzer. We stayed in Arwen

    A good place to break your trip
    Well located in the city, a secure area, close to eating places and bars. The room was large and air conditioned. A substantial breakfast was included in my rate. There is secure parking. The theme is quirky with references to the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings

    Beautiful historic place , we did book a queen bedroom but were put in a double bed room. Beds very hard...window above door allowed light in first thing in the morning Good coffee and breakfast facility
