    We took grab for commute so cannot comment on public transport. In general thats a better choice as others try to trick
    Welcome chocolate cake .extra large bed, spacious room and Super fast 6 lifts. Swift check in and check out process. There is a mall attached to the hotel for a quick grab for meals. Breakfast has a lot of options to fill your stomach. Most options are Indonesian though. The supervisor speaks to you each day if there is anything required. I would prefer local fruits to be added as the market was selling for a kg minimum. There is a minimart 2min walk away so you can get snacks/water. Staff are nice and always helped me with my stuff in/out grab. My children got chocolates as treat on our last breakfast and also homemade cookies by the chef.

    The surrounding does not do justice to the hotel. Places around are not clean which may doubt on the hotel initially. Inside we had no issues. The only issue I faced was the bluebird guys asking again and again for booking confirmation. once is was leaving in grab a guy came saying its not stand by so you have to confirm. Knowing i am paying double the amount only to avoid any hassle with kids, this was quite annoying.This would have been my third confirmation. I believe hotel should manage the airport transfers as their presence is not pleasant or helpful considering their rates.

    The hotel itself is wonderful as much as you stay inside, the surrounding is completely the opposite.
    Very well equipped and very well maintained.
    The surrounding. Also, we had a surprise in the booking at our arrival. Apparently, I had a room with only one big bed for the 4 of us. My wife, myself and 2 children (15 and 11 y.o.). I had to pay extra to get a descent room. The other surprise is in the half board. For the breakfast we had no problem. For the dinner we had no choice then going with la carte menu and we had a fixed amount and I had to pay extra for every meal. We should know these things from the beginning not being surprised once youre already there. Booking.com shouldnt allow such things and should make things clear and transparent from the start.

    The rooms are very spacious and have everything youll need. Wifi is great and fast. There is a small Mall attached to the Hotel, very convenient to grab food if you dont feel like going outside. Chinatown is within walking distance and everything else is accessible by Gojek or Grab.
    The only negative is breakfast. Its okay but nothing special and way too many people.

    - Friendly and helpful staff that assist me from check in till check out - Wondeful taste andl variety of breakfast ( Congrats galley team ) - Nice value of money - Clean & Nice room
    I have minor complaints, but for me, it's annoying. During the breakfast on the first day, I wanted to order a coffee latte from your espresso machine instead of your instant machine. I asked the supervisor to make the coffee latte from that machine, and the spv, just tell his man to make a coffee for me, but he make it with the instant machine, which is the taste was awful for me, and the spv seems don't care with my request ( anyway in that time, he also make a coffee with the espresso machine, but idk it's for himself or for guest's request).
