Superb

Very clean, new and modern, room looked very good. Staff especially nice. Room thoroughly cleaned and towels refreshed daily. Good breakfast. Tram stop right outside. Would definitely return.

Very thin towels (and toilet paper). Mobile minibar on request only.

If you don't mind spending a little more, the hotel, the location, and the staff are all awesome.

The staff is first rate. The location, awesome; just drive straight down the street (no turns) and you end up in center of Berlin and by the Brandenburg Gate. Breakfast was great for 22 Euros per person with kids eating free. I parked on the street for 2 Euros per hour from 9-24 using the EasyPark app, Sundays and holidays being free.

It is great but a bit expensive compared to some of the other great places I stayed at but that was minor; nothing bad at this hotel. I wish the Holiday Inns back in the states had the same level of cleanliness and staff.

Id stay there again next time

The location was very convenient for us. Theres a tram station next to the hotel. An S-Bahn station is also nearby. If you want to have a walk, Alexander Platz is in 35-40 minutes. The room was spacious and quiet and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
