    Room was great, did have a bit of a smell of drains but this went once some water had been run. Breakfast was very good but busy and good times to allow for a lie in. Excellent location with Trams opposite the hotel, easy parking etc
    better places to sit in the bar area. what appeared to be a limited menu but very tasty

    Next to the tram stop and big mall.
    It isn't worth 4 stars. Spa isn't cleaned and it's quite small for this hotel. The towels are always missing.The restaurant is the biggest disappointment: bad food for big money. I wouldn't recommend beef steak. It was tasteless, chewy, and cost 30. We wouldn't like to stay at this hotel next time.

    The only thing I really, really liked was the children's playroom, where the little one could play and let off steam.
    First disappointment was the restaurant. Prior to arriving at the hotel, I was informed via message that it was necessary to reserve a table during the holidays and that they would be open from 19:00 to 22:30. However, upon trying to make a reservation, I found out that the restaurant was closed altogether. Consequently, I had to search for a place to have dinner on New Year's Eve. Next, the breakfasts were FAR from generous. Unless you enjoy eating eggs every day, there isn't much else to choose from. The breakfast spread was quite limited. To top it off, the last straw was when, trying to put my child to sleep, the hotel staff managed to immediately lock the doors for room cleaning, despite having the "Do Not Disturb" card hanging. Overall, not the best experience.

    Parking near the hotel is available
    It was very cold inside the room. The max temperature I could set was 27 degrees Celsius, but it didn't feel like 27 degrees at all, more like 20 degrees or below. There were blankets that we could use to keep ourselves warm, but if we had to use the bathroom or get out of bed for any reason, we'd have to take a polar plunge. The insulation wasn't so good, so given that it was 3 degrees Celsius outside, the cold air seeped inside, making the room even colder.

    Perfect for our needs. Would stay again.
    Everything. Very comfortable, staff friendly, location excellent. We had our dog with us, there is even a park close by to walk her.
