Not so great

Didnt let me check in because booking undercharged me 2 dollars. (I didnt know why the reason was until booking told me ) Custer service was nice for booking. I ended up paying the 2 dollar diff . The bathroom at hotel wasnt cleaned right found a used wash cloth behind the soap dispenser inside the shower

Things wrong and not expected from Holiday Inn and Suites

Manager made most things wrong, right.

I was not expecting these things to be wrong at this location, I have stayed at this location before. No heat in first room, changed rooms. Second room was not ready for clients but was given to me anyway. Shower material was left empty told was backordered but no substitute provided without asking , sitting area had no sofa table, hall light out, safe was left closed and locked. Could not log my ipad to hotels wifi.
