I have stayed previously at this location and loved it, so when we were traveling to see family for the holidays, staying here again was the obvious choice. The property is clean, has a great location, and the beds are the best I've ever slept on at any hotel.
This is the first time I have ever had a bad experience with the person running the front desk. She was not helpful in the least bit, she was mean and short answered, and when we asked if our rooms could be on the same floor, she said no. We had a stain on the comforter on the bed, so we took it back to the front desk to ask for another, and she had the worse attitude about giving us a new one. When we got back to the room, we realized that it was a sheet protector and not a comforter. When we got back to the front desk to let her know, she didn't let us speak first, she just asked in a very rude tone "Does that one have a stain too?" My husband was kind and calm during the whole exchange because we didn't know if she was just having a bad night or what. By the time we checked out in the morning, she was still there and was in better spirits.

This property exceeded all of my expectations. The location was amazing, the staff were friendly and informative, the room was very clean and organized, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and had plenty of necessities like soap, lotion and shampoo, and the breakfast was ok given the price. We have a trip planned for this area in a few months, and we will be staying here again.
Nothing. Everything met or exceeded my expectations. Maybe a bigger breakfast selection, but for what we paid for the stay, I think it was worth it.

Loved the clean and comfortable room but the food/coffee area was dirty and lacking attention.
Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was very friendly and treated us with respect. She told me they had assigned us to a big room with lots of space which we appreciated. What we didn't like and we see this now at most hotels, is the use of our credit card ($100) in case we purchase incidentals. We never purchase incidentals at any hotels so for a $100 charge to be put on our credit card for something we don't intend to use makes us very upset and going forward we may choose not to stay at Holiday Inn because of this. 24-hours later this charge is still on our credit card. Upon checking out I asked for a printout of our bill and was told she couldn't provide this for us I guess because we went thru a 3rd party. She mentioned twice the charge to our Mastercard 3729...to which I responded we don't have a Mastercard and never have had one. The last 4 of our VISA cc is correct though. We were up early the morning of Sunday, 11/29, as we had an appointment to keep. When we got to the breakfast area about 7 a.m. it was very quiet with only 1 person eating breakfast. I went to the coffee bar and noticed dried coffee spots along the bar. Then I proceeded to the food area and noticed an empty Cholula bottle next to the egg omelets and the container that apparently held walnuts for the oatmeal was empty. The whole time we sat and ate breakfast, no kitchen staff came in to check any of the food or supplies. Additionally, there were 2 large garbage containers and both were filled to the top with garbage. This was about 7:30. Its like no one took the responsibility to clean the food or coffee area. I was glad to leave. On another note, our room was very comfortable and spotless. It was a pleasure to stay in such a clean room and we thank the housekeeping staff for doing an excellent job.

The dirty food/coffee area as explained above and the $100 charge to our credit card for no reason. We don't appreciate hotels doing this. Can you imagine how much interest the hotels scrape in by charging millions of people $100 every single day. Once again, the consumer gets screwed!!

The check in staff was extremely nice and friendly. Just the check out 2 people were not the nicest the food for breakf
It was close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment.
The staff that checked me out were not really the nicest. When I told them about I had to a big what I believe was a cricket in my bathroom, the man responded how did it get there ? Assuming I was lying about that. I stated he can go look in my bathroom if hes like, as it was in there.
