    Overall a good hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast menu and eating facility.
    Breakfast and spacious area to eat.
    T.V. issue - was on incorrect HDMI cable station so it did not show. Had to get it switched from HDMI1 to HDMI2 in order to get it to show. Happened twice.

    The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we ever had at a hotel!
    Easy access to travel routes.
    The only ice machine that worked was in the lobby.

    Breakfast was ok on the hotel website description and pictures they put omelets as part of breakfast and they only serve scrambled eggs no beacon.
    The worse feeling is to come back from a fun family day at the beach and to return to a dirty room yes the housekeeper forgot to clean our rooms. We had to go downstairs and asked for clean sheets, towels and fix the beds ourselves. We spoke to the front desk lady she was very helpful. She was the only one to care about our situation. We need got to talk to the manager. Overall we wouldnt recommend this hotel to stay.

    The front desk rep was very nice and took the time to inform me on how to earn points staying here. The African American lady serving the breakfast area was also very nice and friendly.
    I like staying at the hotel, no dislikes.
