    free shuttle to the airport is a JOKE! Not real! Not to be trusted!
    Close to the airport with free shuttle( in theory!!!)
    The free shuttle is a lie! They do not let you book on line or on the phone when you book your rooms. They tell you that you have to book on arrival but the surprise surprise the shuttle is booked out at the time you need it (6am) and you are on your own my friend. Its your problem the hotel does not want to know about you!

    The staying experience matches our expectation, ideal for business trip.
    The location of this hotel is great, just next to the airport. The hotel staff sent us a reminding message that there will be a free shuttle bus to pick us up at the airport, it is very thoughtful.
    The breakfast is a little bit too simple, not too many options, but it is okay. There is no restaurant near the hotel, you can only select the restaurant inside the hotel at the ground floor. The food is okay.

    The shuttle service both ways was immaculate, and exactly as described by the property. The location was ideal for our brief stopover at Bilbao airport The room was warm and toasty on a very cold evening
    The main issue was the comfort of the beds. This is always subjective but the main double was very hard. The sofabed was not really fit for purpose. Just about bearable for 1 night. Breakfast was very plain. Juices were highly processed. Ingredients felt cheap and mass produced, not of any quality. Bacon ran out, scrambled eggs lukewarm and the sausages not appealing. There was a lack of soul in this property, felt more like a conveyor belt, perhaps not unreasonable given it's generally used as a stopover option.

    Basic hotel for those late flights in/out of Bilbao
    The hotel served its purpose of being close to the airport, easy parking and basic services for an our late night flight in. We were all tired so quickly went to our room and to bed. The hotel felt a bit dated, but the staff kept it clean. Front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide range. There was plenty of parking available.
    The second bed (assuming pull out couch) was pretty stiff.
