The hotel is very close to bush gardens So that was the best for us. The location

We arrived about 1 am to check in and we found a dirty room , the guy who was there offered us another room , but my daughter was sleeping yet, and we decide don't move us. All day to clean properly the room and we found a lot of garbage under the beds and a lot of hairs inside the badroom. I took pictures. So finally, they charged us about 50 less dollars , and they put the invoice under the door early in the morning. But the point is that I was waiting for that price, something better. I won't repeat it and I won't recommend anybody that place. There are a lot of hotels around bush gardens.

Ok for price, shuttle was extremely important in choosing this hotel

Closeness to Busch Gardens and staff was extremely friendly. Shuttle to Busch Gardens was extremely helpful

Very good

The furniture was awesome! So much creative storage and lighting options and beds were very comfortable.

My kids were heaetbroken that we couldn't swim at 6pm because the front desk said pool closed at dark. We understand you don't want people swimming late at night but 6pm?! It was Christmas day and nothing else was open, all we wanted to do was swim. The pool is heated and lit up.... that seemed unfair that we couldn't use it. The room was perfect and clean, except the carpet needed to be cleaned better.
