Good central location. Close to the airport. Hospitable staff.

The hotel was under construction at the time of our visit, and there was consistent noise throughout the day while in our room. The prices at the restaurant in the hotel are much higher than going out to eat, which made it inconvenient in the mornings, especially for breakfast. The elevators had broken flooring, and one made loud noises and jerked when stopping at floors. There was also a break-in of a vehicle in the parking lot, and one of my family members alerted staff as the vehicle was parked next to ours, but thankfully, ours was not vandalized. We later returned after eating, and the owners of the affected vehicle came out to find their window broken and were not informed by hotel staff. Which is unfortunate as they had been notified hours earlier. We chose to park closer to the hotel even though the parking lot is small and parking is limited.

We have been traveling and wanted to sleep in, never had a chase due to someone drilling and making noise outside our walls at 8am. Ordered 2 Jamesons drinks for a whopping $33 with dinner. They were watered down and the waiter told us he put more in them then usual since it was the last in the bottle. I disagree. Oh the Wi-Fi sucked.

The pool was nice.

That the had NO early check in at all. They would not check anyone be in until 4pm. You had so many people, older people sleeping with there heads on there luggage/ suitcases waiting until 4pm. And then with 30+ people waiting you Only had 2 people checking the people in and the one girl seemed to be the only one who knew what was going on and she was not the one in charge. Then after I was finally able to check in at 5:30, there was not late check out, which means out by 11am. Bottom line you need to let people check in as the rooms become available so there isnt 40 people waiting to check in at 4pm. I will not be staying there ever, my daughter is attending FIU college so I will be staying in Miami a lot these next 4 years and thats that. Not staying there as well as the mattresses are very old and my back was killing me when I was able to sleep. Anyway sorry for the bad review but it was not the best stay and you are asking me to tell you
