Great value

Very dog friendly and a very friendly welcome from Emma, five stars due and each staff member were polite and courteous. Great value for money and a bonus to have breakfast included.

We were travelling with an assistance dog and as there was no clear instruction on where to sit with dog we sat at the furthermost corner showing discretion. Once seated we were approached abruptly by the manager who showed us where we must sit with dogs (next to food??) where there was little room for us. This area had been fully occupied when we passed moments before. I do think a little more consideration may have been offered and no need for the abruptness as all eyes were now on us, it was a little embarrassing and certainly did not reflect the excellent customer service of his staff.

Really nice place to stay and excellent value for money

I have been there quite a few times now when I come to Perth to visit family and friends and its just a nice place to stay All the staff are very friendly and efficient and everything is spotlessly clean and it is extremely good value for money

There isnt really anything not to like but although the breakfast is adequate I would like a little more choice and I would like fried eggs and black pudding even if it meant paying a bit more

Very good

Very good value for money and convenient location just off A9 roundabout. Room was pleasant and comfortable.

Cooked breakfast could have been better, but not really a complaint as it was included in the room price. The coffee and croissants were excellent though.

Disappointing

Doggone it...

Been staying here regularly for years and always had an enjoyable experience.

Unfortunately this time it was like staying in Battersea Dogs Home. Dogs everywhere. When did all this dog stuff happen? I had one dog, running free along the corridor towards me barking and snarling before the owner caught up with it. Staff in the breakfast room petting and fawning over mutts then handling foodstuffs and utensils. Owners letting their dogs toilet in the carpark. Not for me. Won't be staying here again.

Great overnight stay, breaking journey to highlands.

Plenty of parking, friendly greeting, clean and comfortable facilities and nice pub nearby & restaurant nearby.

Breakfast room full, however seating available near reception. Auto opening doors rather draughty during breakfast though!
