Disappointing

That is was close to the hospital. The staff was very friendly.

If I would have got the room that I booked and not just one they wanted to give me. The bed was smaller that what I paid for and we didn't want the balcony but they gave it to us anyway. They also charged me more for that room even thought I said no to wanting it.

Super Clean Room, Newly Remodeled, Bathroom Shower was Great. Location super close to the Dome and The Hill. Stayed overnight after the Metallica concert.

The location was great but a bit outdated. The bathroom in our king room was very nice (it was updated).

The breakfast was not good. Yogurt, kids cereal and frozen breakfast sandwiches.

Exceptional

This place was located in the heart of the medical district as well as the university the staff was excellent and knowledgeable I had a great night's sleep I will repeat this stay whenever I visit St. Louis.

Everything the food at the Diner delights was soul food at its best Great location close to Everything.

Would probably look for an alternative place to stay next time

Location was very good

Breakfast was terrible in a small cramped room off the lobby...long waits for everything with 2 small microwaves doing the "cooking" that took forever. Room was adequate but nothing special.
