    Breakfast and lounge area was above expectation.
    Fact that hotel was not willing to make an exception on hotel booking for canceled flights (KLM/Air France) and move booking (even though they had space available and I was willing to pay additional for the differences. I end up paying for two evenings while only using one... not good policy for a return customers

    Very comfortable and easy, nothing was too much trouble
    Staff were so kind and helpful Breakfast was prepared early for me I used the on-call hotel shuttle to get from the airport

    very disappointing it did not prepare us well for our early flight the next morning
    the room was intolerably hot and the temperature could not be controlled. The bed was extremely hard even with taking the quilt out of the cover (because of the heat) and lying on the quilt

    Excellent stay minutes from the airport
    Minutes from the airport with complimentary shuttle service. Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was very clean and comfortable. Well-appointed for all our needs. Breakfast was ample and had various choices. I highly recommend this property.
