I love this hotel, this is the first time I had a problem. I still think this is my favorite hotel when I visit Cincinna

I love the location and the staff is nice.

I had problems with the tv , they changed the remote control, and I had the same problem. Nobody went in my room, to at least take the garbage. The furniture by the lobby is starting to look old.

I was charged an extra 64.00? And I also would think I would have received more than just an apology from The Holiday Inn, but that is all I got. I had a chair in the room with a spring sticking through, and it ripped my pants and scratched me. I even included a picture. The parking card was not working, and they kept telling me not to worry. I wouldn't be charged more than the 16.00 I had agreed to.
