Very good

Great location, staff were nice.

There was no coffee/hot water pot in room, but had coffee/tea. There should be anti-slip mats for the shower.

decent for a 1 nighter

Location is great, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Staff was courteous and efficient. Nice and quiet, no issues while sleeping. Good TV channel selection, and they were able to accommodate my room request. This was my second time staying here and it's always for just one night so, overall, pretty decent.

The bed was hard, the carpet was stained, small stain on the comforter, the heater didn't heat, it was just spitting out cold air. Luckily it wasn't super cold at night, so I didn't have to turn on the heater.

The hotel staff was very polite. They were also very accommodating.

The hotel could use a few upgrades, but this would not prevent me from staying here again.

Toilet backed up, wouldnt flush. Carpet needs replacing in entire hotel.

Superb

Will stay there again when visiting are granddaughter at University Of Memphis.

Secure location, easy check-in, staff was polite and friendly. Lobby area clean and comfortable. Room was clean, comfortable an quiet. Breakfast buffet was good and check out was easy.

Maintenance could do a better job repairing tub shower area (not a good caulk job)
