I enjoyed the friendly service from the staff from check-in to my departure.

I heard the guest walking throughout the night while I was trying to sleep. The heat wasn't working properly.

Exceptional

The only thing was that at 6 am the people next door had their TV really loud. Ive never really noticed that before which made me think maybe walls werent very insulated. I was able to finally dose back off. I just contributed it to being by the airport and people getting up extra early!

Disappointing

Good hotel poor customer service and communication.

The facilities were very good. The attached restaurant served very good food. Overall I was very pleased with the facility, only one major problem see below.

I was given mis information about available shuttle service. The staff first said it was booking.com's fault that they didn't give them my request. When I told them that I called them direct to verify the shuttle availablity they then told me the person talking to me must not know their policy. The manager then called the owner and he agreed to allow us to ride on the shuttle they were using to take another family to the same location but wanted $60.00 for the round trip (two different days). They took us the first day to the cruise port and told us they would be there waiting when we came back. When we got back they were not at the port. Another couple waiting said they called the hotel and were to the driver was just leaving. The shuttle did not show up. During the next two hours both the other couple and I called to check the status and were told he was on his way, then he hadn't left, then there was some type of driver mix up and finally he was leaving now. When the shuttle still did not show up after two hours I flagged down a Uber who agreed to take both of our parties to the airport for $80.00 apiece, an inflated price, but we were desparate at this time to get to the airport on time to catch our planes. My booking order clearly stated that I had confirmed they would have shuttle service available.
