Great hotel, clean and warm, friendly staff and nice area

Great location - 15 min walk to the Louvre, right beside a metro station, great area (crepe shop next door is super)

The room was small (but thats expected in a big city)!

Made my trip more enjoyable.

Room was clean. Location was fantastic. Breakfast was enjoyable with sufficient options. The staff at the reception were all really helpful and friendly. I felt very welcomed and valued. The streets can get a little noisy at night, but if you close the windows, it's fine. Lots of shops and shopping around the hotel.

Would love to stay here again.

Disappointing experience

Location

Misleading information for parking arrangements and discounts with local parking buildings. Front desk staff notified us when checking out that since 6 months there are none arrangements anymore. We booked our hotel for location and parking arrangements and it feels like misleading information on the booking information. Now we had to pay 100+ euros for parking. Also the front desk communication was very poor.

Fulfilling Business Trip to Paris

The hotel is located in front of a metro exit. It was also very convenient as two metro lines run under this hotel. It is also within walking distance from the Opera. During my stay, the temperature in Paris was below 10 degrees C, but the air conditioning worked so well that I never felt cold at all. There was an machine for orange presse in the breakfast room and fresh orange juice was available daily. There was also a good selection of hot meals. There was a large semi-basement space near the front desk where I could have a meeting with my colleagues.

There was a Starbucks coffee vending machine in this hotel, but it was broken and unavailable throughout my stay.
