Staff in reception were very slow at check in and check out.
Too many children for my liking very child oriented hotel. Even though I have kids. This is not what we enjoy from a hotel.

Great hotel with good facilities for our one year old but Bophut beach is dirty and water not suitable for swimming
Good facilities, modern and new rooms, friendly staff
Bophut beach isnt the best. Lots of rubbish and the water is muddy and not swimable. Not the fault of the hotel but I wouldnt come here if you want nice beaches

amazing stay, good rooms, right on the edge of Fisherman's Village. i didnt have to stray too far to find anything! it's a very family friendly resort (lots of kids around!) but surprisingly, while it was noisy (in a friendly way) outside, the room was very quiet and lovely.

Everything - the location is right across coco tams and a small walk into fisherman village. Breakfast was great, room was great - no faults. The staff were very helpful, especially Momo at reception

It was a great start to our holiday in Thailand and set the standard high. We loved our stay and would definitely visit
Everything about the hotel was great. The room was really comfortable and clean. The pool was a big highlight. It was great to be able to walk to the beach within seconds as well as local markets, restaurants etc. Breakfast buffet was amazing too.
Would have been good to have more evening meal options.
