1. Far from the town, not easy to get crab for big group of ppl 2. I reserved a 5 bedroom villa, but there are only 4 bedrooms. some of us sleeping on the floor. (Host said they will give us discount for compensation, but at last host did nothing!!!!) 3. they charge for the floor towel. 4. one of the bathroom has no hot water. 5. We were informed by the management that a cake would be provided for the occasion as a complimentary gesture. Regrettably, the cake was not served at the agreed-upon time, causing disruption to the birthday celebration!!

My family really likes the Villa, is so beautiful and comfortable. Our kids so much happy and enjoy in Villa. We have great memorable moment. Staffs provide excellent service to my families. Special Manger - Kelvin ! We are so appreciated by all of us.

Very good

Place was big and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and felt comfortable and safe.

Breakfast location was convenient as we only needed to walk 3-4mins. Restaurant was spacious, bright and clean. Breakfast portion was big and staff were very friendly. We really liked to see the fresh vegetation next to the restaurant. The hot tub was also really good. The house was clean.

Closets did not have hangers to hang clothes and one of the room with 2 bunk beds did not have a closet or drawers to put clothes. The indoor dining space/table was too small. The pool extended into the house which took up space and is not of any function. The karaoke selection was very limited and would be nice if upgraded.

Exceptional

Perfect getaway!

The villa was huge, the old and young had fun in the villa. Staffs were very friendly, one of the staffs, May even initiate to exchange wechat, so we can contact her whenever in need. As we had language barrier, she even went to the extend of google translating the messages, so we could text without hurdle. Thank you for the wonderful stay! :)
