    Please be honest with the customers before they book because not everyone likes a virtual receptionist In short I wont
    The view was amazing.The restaurant was 5 star but I feel that the hotel does not live up to the same standard as the restaurant sadly.
    This accomodation should not be classed as a hotel.It is more like a motel. Customers should be informed before booking that it is a virtual reception and there is actually no front desk. I was allowed to book 2 rooms for 5 people but when we arrived we were 1 bed short. I message the virtual front desk to get a refund so that we could look for other accommodation. They kindly gave us another room instead which worked out for us. They rooms look like they have been renovated but to a low standard. The key is on your mobile phone which you have to scan to open the door. It was not working well. What happens if you lose your phone, battery dies etc then you cant get into my room. You will be stuffed. You need to rethink this. Fortunately we had 4 mobile phones between us.Corridors was dark and eerie.

    Hollywood Hills Hotel is one of my favorite things about going to LA. It is pure comfort.
    The location and view are just perfect. And the bed is huge and always so comfortable.

    Dont believe the pictures, but still very good place to stay with a discount, especially for the restaurant!
    The property had an amazing view of the city and an absolutely incredible restaurant Id highly recommend! I was only there for the night before flying home, so didnt get to see the pool area that looked nice.
    Definitely not like the pictures. The tub was chipped and cracked with missing enamel and the kitchen was lacking even a knife for cutting the bread I had. Paint was peeling and things were a lot grubbier than you would expect, but it didnt affect my stay since I was only there a night. It was a little hard finding my room too.

    love the ambiance, the location is pretty close to hollywood blv but u have to go up and down the hill. otherwise uber or lyft.
    the pillows are too huge and inflated. would bennice to have a soft pillow not too big.
