Good stay for a few days if you want value for money, and don't need luxury.

Very nice Bali-kind-of-style kind of resort. Very nice for very little money. Staff extremely kind and helpful. Bed were soft and comfortable/clean sheets. Nice swimming pool as well and well located.

The rooms itself were very basic/primitive. The airco wasn't strong enough for the heat, it was still very warm in the rooms. There was mold growing everywhere in the bathroom, which was also very small. Wifi wasn't working well all the time.

Decent location and great staff

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I spilt coffee on the bed one night and they came and changed the sheets and made the bed immediately. Good location. Breakfast was decent (but for extra charge)

Bathroom was a bit strange and over all lighting in the room was a bit poor. AC was not working and had to be fixed by staff.

Simple, clean, centric and family friendly.

I liked that my children were able to find some others of the same age group in the pool and connected well. It usually takes a couple of days and the second day new kids arrived and third my kids had fun. The pool is simple but nice and the reception staff is accommodating. They got me an extra soft topper as the beds in the new white pool rooms were to hard for us and with some convincing I also got them to give me a pool bed cover as topper and so both adults slept 100% better after that. The reception staff is helpful with TikToks or taxis if you dont have Grab app installed (which we recommend) also has SIM cards with good data rates right there for sale at the checkin (was super helpful). The room we got was big 2 kings and 1 single which worked well for us as family of 4. Showers were hot, daily cleaning solid and plenty of fresh towels every day. Location is really centric, close to small supermarket, good restaurants like Haven, Chocolate Garden and Bean Embassy so all walking distance. Pub street 14 min walk or 5 min tuktuk. Good experience overall, recommending it.

The beds in the new rooms are hard. They had one topper for two adults to solve that. But its good to know as hard beds is a blocker for me to book hotels. Hoping that this review allows them to get some budget for soft toppers ready to distribute at volume for adults that needs them. The pool has tables and chairs that find their owners during the day, fill up with glasses and tables are a little sticky. I think cleaning them a couple of times more every day will really make the pool more inviting.
