Hotel could not find our reservation and we had to find another hotel.

Even though the Booking.com reservation/confirmation number could be found, the property did not find our reservation in their system. We had to scramble to find another hotel, since this one did not have any 2-queen rooms left. The staff was also very dismissive/uncaring about the predicament they had put us in.

It was fair and I will probably not stay there again.

It was in a safe area

The tv did not work. When trying to resolve the issue, I was told I could either change rooms (this was the third night) or receive a comp. I was instructed to speak with the morning staff. The women on duty immediately started to accuse me of hindering the repair process. I immediately stopped the conversation and returned to my room and shortened my stay. Poor customer service is not acceptable.

Perfect location and area.

Liked the hotel and the area of the location. It was nothing I didn't like. I really love it because you can shop, eat, then go relax at a nice hotel after all that. Long story short great hotel and location overall.

It was a good stay at the hotel - just some improvements need to be made, what I have mentioned.

The daily breakfast was good, and the location was excellent.

I needed more toiletries - like toilet paper and paper towel. I also think that the rooms should be cleaned daily, if that is requested by the customer. The customer should not have to request via the front desk for the room to be cleaned.

great location and very clean hotel. Lighting in parking lot was good and breakfast was very good.

the shower valve was reversed so it took a minute to figure out. Cold was Hot and Hot was cold, confusing when your half asleep and the shower is cold..... :-\

Was good, would stay here again!

Breakfast was good. Liked the size and cleanliness of the room. Price was right!

The shade in our room was broken and would not pull all the way down. We propped the big pillow into the space but still the street lights were shining into our room. Was tough for my friend to get to sleep.

My daughters pillow got left in the room. I called multiple times and no one could get into the housekeeping closet to let me know if it was there or not. I went in person and it was not there.
