Superb

Great for families and location were great

Very clean, a great central location for our family. They had a decent free breakfast and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We drove from Ft Worth and they had our room ready a little early.

100% love it!!

Love everything and the location was super great. The staff was very friendly and awesome. The Vale one of the guys was really nice and great let us know about years day and let us know what time to be back for safety hours. Everything was great. Love that my room had a kitchen and cooking is my thing then going out to eat. Really love to stay with you guys again for the summer. O and the kitchen haves everything plates cups mugs knife can opener dishwasher cutting bored cooking wear spoons and forks. Loved it all!!!

The wait on the elevator.

Disappointing

They were able to accommodate me and have the 2 rooms next to each other.

The wait time for check-in was almost an hour and a half past check-in time. Elevators to the 9th floor we were on were out of service or not working properly, only one elevator was working.

Perfect location, facilities were great, pity about Hotel staff

Location was fantastic and the breakfast was delicious.

I found the staff to be preoccupied on themselves or their own devices. Valet parking was exorbitant and had extremely negative experiences with this which the hotel refused to take any ownership for as it is an outsourced service.

Exceptional

Comfortable stay

The hotel room was great, comfortable bed, clean linens. Location was great, we came to see Wicked the musical , just a walk down the street. Even walking distance to some great steak houses. Breakfast was delicious, loved the topping selection for waffles and the fresh coffee.

Wish all the elevators were working, it took a while waiting on one elevator
