Hi, I made a reservation from Wednesday, December 27 to Saturday, December 30, 2023 at the Home2 Suites By Hilton St. Augustine I-95. We decided to leave a day before because the room was filthy, bathroom shower was very dirty. The sink was clogged and disgusting . See pictures below. I would like a 1 night refund at least for the condition of the room.

Just little things to be addressed but OK overall

Breakfast was fantastic. BBQ grills outside are available. Kitchen (no oven top), sink, dishwasher and some utensils. Dividing curtain between bed and other area. Everything is new.

Bathroom slide door handle and lamp in bedroom were broken. The room was dark because of this. Body soap and Conditioner were both empty. Found empty water bottle and unfixed bed part under the bed. Shower pressure was a little weak. Gym needs to be taken care b/c wet tissue ran out and floor was a little dusty. Self Laundry costs 3.50 for each washer and dryer.

Hotel staff were responsive, room was quiet and clean, location was good

Hand soap, shower gel and shampoo were out and we discovered it at different time and needed to contact staff each time. At breakfast time they were out of forks and they didnt bring them for a while. Also, it was no normal water at breakfast, only infused and juice.

The rooms were clean and staff very accommodating.

I booked an extra night in a suit. They could not exit the people who were in the room prior to me. They had to provide me with a master key that did not work. I could not get in my room the entire stay. I had to get a staff member to let me in the room each time. To pay over $500 a night to not have access to my room was sad. However, the manage said that they would refund my money for that night. It has been about 3 months and I am still waiting on my refund.

Superb

We loved the receptionist, the fact that we were close to major roads, and tourist areas.

Location is fairly close to I-95 and not too far from Historic Augustine. I like the fact that there is a mall nearby.

Housekeeping needs to be make sure all shower dispensers are filled plus the appliances are cleaned after every stay.

Exceptional

Clean, quiet, nice place to stay.

Breakfast was good. Decent variety of foods to choose from.

Eggs and breakfast sandwiches could have been warmer. Didnt notice a microwave or toaster to heat items. Could have been there, just not near food.

Superb

It was close to the Gaylord Hotel where I was attending a board meeting. Everything was great.

The location was excellent and close to everything I needed. I left early and did not have breakfast on site. The staff was great and very engaging. I really enjoyed talking to them.

I like the breakfast and the location that we were

I always stay in home2 hotels and this one I could say its the worst that I have stay. The bed was really uncomfortable, bathroom only have one toilet paper for 4 people staying 2 days. The sofa bed didnt have something to cover the cold for the other people staying with us. The kitchen didnt have a coffee machine. There was a lot of different things that it was not good as other home2 we had stay. In the 2 days no one came to clean the garbage

Very good

The room was very clean and comfortable.

I was told I would get back the amount held extra after checking out but I have never received a refund... I called several times to check on this, I was told it was coming never received.
