Exceptional

Exceptional stay in a house that feels like home from the minute you step in.

Excellent facility, well maintained and very cosy. The quality of the house, the rooms, the kitchen, the terrace and pool area, plus the ground games floor is something unique and offers an exceptional experience

It would have been great of jacuzzi was heated, but it happened that the weather was too warm so it was not really a big issue.

Lovely house with lots of space and comfort

Excellent house! Super clean and spacious. The hosts are super friendly and always available to reach out to for whatever question we had. We loved every little piece of it and we had an amazing long weekend!

Very good

Luxury villa. I recommend it.

The house is very well equiped and furnished. We had everything we need. The view is great too. I particularly appreciated the jacuzzis in all bathrooms.

The pool is not heated and the water was freezing cold in February so it was frustrating to have a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, the sun but not being able to swim.

Superb

We spent one week in this Splendid and spacious villa. We have appreciated a lot the terraces from which you have a wonderful view on volcano Teide and the ocean, everyday the sunlight was delightning. We spent also good Times in the swimming pool and jacuzzi even if the weather was not so warm as we expected. The sand beach 'playa arena' of Tacoronte is very near and nice also. Tacoronte is well situated to go to the most beautiful parts of the Island ( park Anaga, La Laguna, Orotava, Teide, Puerto Cruz). We recommend this place.

Nice location but the house needs general renovation & disinsection

The property, despite being located in the city, is quite private with almost no visual contact with the neighbors. The view of the ocean is wonderful. The house is spatious and comfortable. The pool was clean and wifi actually worked (doesn't happen that often :D ). The people that spoke to me on the chat were usually quick and polite, and spoke English.

There were many issues with the facilities! The master bathroom has a big shower cabin, a bath, a sink, a bidet and a toilet: the shower overflowed right on the first day and the sieve was missing, making taking a shower an adventure (this was fixed upon request); the bath does not close well and dirt came out of the massaging nozzles upon an attempt to fill the bath with water (although we did not turn them on); there was no cold water in the sink - and when we turned it on, it dripped constantly; the same was true of the bidet. In the downstairs toilet, the sink was almost unusable due to the whole faucet moving around. Although the host's representative said these things will be fixed during our stay, they were not. From day 1, there were ants everywhere in the kitchen and the dining room (especially on the dining table and counters) - we had to be ridiculuously cautious of not leaving ANYTHING to eat outside of the fridge, otherwise it ended in an ant disaster. The host's representative said "they were never there before" which was obviously not true - we found hundreds of killed ants on the kitchen floor - and gave us a spray against mosquitos and flies that expired 4 years ago. The living room window shutters open only partially, leaving the inside permanently dark-ish ("yes, they don't open more" - said the host's representative). Some of the windows, including the master bedroom's balcony door, do not lock (you could just come inside by swiping them to the side). There's mold in the jacuzzi and on some kitchen utensils (the kitchen does not smell good either; we washed everything before using and left all the plates etc on the table not to put them back in the stinky cabinets). There was a clicking sound every couple of seconds from a broken alarm all day and all night long ("yes, it's broken, you don't have to worry").
